from sale any item previously sold. The website needs to be updated manually, which will be done as quickly as possible. Some designs may be replicated, others may not.
Beads listed on www.beadsbyclarescott.co.uk are sent free of charge to any Worldwide location by Royal Mail. Standard First Class to UK addresses, Airmail to addresses further afield. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Postage can be upgraded to Recorded, Special Delivery or Airsure for items over £30 - please contact me for postage costs - claredscott@hotmail.com. All services are subject to Royal Mails Terms and Conditions.
Beads by Clare Scott does not accept any responsibility for item lost in the post, however a Certificate of postage will be obtained. Orders will not be classed as lost until 15 days after the date of posting. No refunds or replacement beads will be offered until after this time.
Post days are Tuesday and Thursday, sometimes the same day, on receipt of cleared payment. If you need your beads urgently, just let me know.
Beads will not be sent out until funds have cleared in full. Paypal payments are preferred, e-cheques are slow and will delay your delivery.
Refunds will be given if beads are returned in their original condition within one week of receipt.
